Dhwani Sangeet Mahavidyalaya is a reputed institute dedicated to nurturing talent in music and performing arts. We are looking for a dynamic and presentable individual to be the first point of contact for students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors, students, and parents
- Handle admission inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and emails)
- Counsel prospective students about courses, batches, and fee structure
- Maintain student records and admission data
- Coordinate with faculty and management for scheduling classes
- Handle phone calls, messages, and follow-ups efficiently
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team
- Interest in music/arts is a plus

- Strong command over footwork (tatkar), spins, abhinaya, and taal.
