Indian Classical Dance
Indian Classical Dance is bigger term for art performances of Hindu musical theatre which covers a wide range of dance performances like Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Kuchipudi, Odissi etc.
Kathak Classes
Kathak refers to one of the major classical dance form primarily found in northern India. The Kathak dance form emphasizes rhythmic foot movements, adorned with small bells (Ghungroo), and the movement harmonized to the music. The main focus of the dance is the eyes and the foot movements.
Western Dance Classes
The people of the West have a history of dance characterized by great diversity and rapid change.Western dance has always embraced an enormous variety of communal or ritual dances, of social dances enjoyed by many different levels of society, and of skilled theatrical dances that followed distinct but often overlapping lines of development.
Contemporary dance classes
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.This dance genre is often done in bare feet. Contemporary dance can be performed to many different styles of music.
Bollywood Dance Classes
This incredibly fun dance style is based on high energy music from Indian movies for boys and girls. Each fun-filled class begins with a warm-up which includes basic Bollywood moves followed by step- by- step choreography set to Bollywood music. The combination of steps learned by participants strengthens their awareness of musical flow, timing, spacing, and precision. The participants will establish a strong movement foundation while developing confidence, coordination, posture, and grace.
